Member Feature - Cata from QICE

Meet Cata from QICE, whose smiling face, timely jokes and thoughfulness brightens many a day. Cata Goran and his company QICE have been with The Hangar since day one. QICE specialise in business management systems focussing on compliance and lean management. Cata has had an extensive career in working for multinationals in this field, in both the automotive and aerospace industries. Moving to New Zealand from Romania five years ago, Cata and his family wanted a change of environment and lifestyle. In starting up QICE, Cata was able to achieve both of these things and continue to share his expertise. 

Cata believes in results and as such, informs me that since starting here at The Hangar, he has noticed a positive growth trend for his company. Something we will claim to be at least partially responsible for ! Cata lives locally, and the location is much more convenient than travelling to the city.  

He sees productivity as the key to using a shared office space and having access to our high-standard meeting/training facilities. Cata describes The Hangar’s facilities as excellent - past experiences in other offices allow him to appreciate the superb design, use of natural light and the well-ventilated space.
